Q: Is The UBB for just men? Or can women become a BADASS too?

This workout, while it is more appealing to guys, can be used by women as well.  The main thing to understand is that this program is for ANYONE who is willing and ready to work hard.

At the same time, UBB is NOT for people that are lazy or unwilling to commit to hard work (this includes both men and women).

Q: What Equipment Will I Need?  I don’t have a fully supplied gym…

A: I’d be lying to you if I were to say you could go through this program without any equipment at all, so I won’t say that.

But, the good news is, you don’t need a lot of equipment.  Only the basics are needed which include: a barbell (with weights), dumbbells, a pull up bar, and your own bodyweight.

The UBB does include some suspension training movements and a few kettlebell movements, but you’ll be supplied with alternate movements so you have no need to worry if you do not have these pieces of equipment.  As long as you have the essentials, you’ll be good to go!
