The “Kettlebell IRON Triathlon”

It’s taken from month #7 of the KB RX System.

Each month there’s a specific challenge I embed into the programming called, “IRON Warrior Challenge”

Each new phase you take on the challenge then you take it on again at the end of the phase to test yourself to see how progress has come along.

Not only does this keep you focused throughout the phase, it also serves as a great way to COMPETE against yourself.
