Seated Box Jump

I LOVE all forms of jumps whether those be box jumps for height, step box jumps, broad jumps, or skips… Jump! Here’s one of my favorite variations which is a seated straight leg box jump.
While not as high as a normal box jump, these never will be as there’s no bending in the hips or knees after you jump.

Forces you to “honestly” jump as high as the box is vs a true box jump where you’re allowed to flex at the hips and knees to get higher.
