Key #1 – Oly Lifts Get You STRONG As Hell.

One of the key benefits the Oly Lifts bring to the table are with how they’ll help your body “awaken” untapped muscle.

Q: What type of equipment do I need to do the Olympic Lifting Domination System?

Well, since you’ll be working with the Oly Lifts, you’ll definietly need a barbell and some weights.  I’d also highly recommend you have access bumper plates to allow you to fully train the Oly Lifts as prescribed, but if you don’t have access to bumpers, you can of course still get away with NOT having them (I did for years beforehand).  In addition, the program also utilizes dumbbells (or kettlebells), and your own bodyweight for assistance movements. It would be best if you also had access to a Jungle Gym XT or TRX Suspension Training System as well. If you train in a “globo gym” you’ll have more than enough equipment to successfully complete the program and see amazing results in return.

Q: Are these workouts suitable for a total beginner?
