Aggressive STRENGTH Challenge of the Month – Jan 2013

It’s that time of the month to TEST your MIGHT!.

This Challenge is a great way to test your ability to be STRONG while fatigued.

The question is, “Do YOU have “Anytime Strength”?

Here’s how it goes.

With a Running Clock:

From 0-5 Mins

1A) 400m Run @ 100%

Rest the Remaining amount of time

From 6-10 Mins – 4 Min AMRAP of:

2A) Power Clean x 3 @ BW or highest weight you can handle

2B) Hand Release Push ups x 9

2C) Bodyweight Squats x 18

From 10-11 Mins – REST x 1 Min

From 11-15 Mins – 4 Min AMRAP of:

2A) Muscle Ups x 5 (sub in dips x 5 / pull ups x 5 if can’t do MU’s)

2B) Double DB OR KB Hang Clean Press x 5 w/ heaviest weight possible

From 15-16 Mins – REST x 1 Min

From 16-26 Mins – 10 Mins

3A) Back Squat – Get to Heaviest Possible 1 Rep Max

From 26-30 – 4 Min AMRAP of:

4A) Burpees

From 30-32 – REST x 2 Mins

From 32-40 Mins- 8 Mins

5A) 1 Rep MAX Deadlift

Go 110% H.A.M. with this one kids!
