Should You Go UNBROKEN

A question that I often get from athletes that compete in Crossfit is if they should “Unbroken” within their workouts or not.

If you compete in Crossfit or do any type competitive fitness type challenge workouts, you know what going “UNBROKEN” means.

Whether you’re doing a movement with a barbell, some dumbbells, kettlebells, or with just your bodyweight, can you bang out all the reps without stopping?

For example, if you had a workout that consisted of doing 30-20-10 reps of Pull Ups and Thrusters, do you go BIG, dig deep and try to go UNBROKEN for all the reps and rounds or do you play it safe and break your sets up?
