FINISH Strong Friday

People LOVE Friday’s.

There’s always a bit of a different vibe.

For most people it’s the final day of the work week…

The weekend is almost here…

So it’s natural to be a bit more excited.

Just something about Friday’s everyone loves.

Especially when it’s a “FINISH STRONG Friday“…

Either way, I wanted you to test out the conditioning piece we had in place today.

It’s a nasty one.

I know it’s not for everyone…

But, if you’re up for the challenge…

Give it a go.

10 Minute AMRAP Ofscreen-shot-2017-01-06-at-7-33-46-am

20, 15, 10, 5 Of Each
Barbell Back Squat @ 115/75
Barbell Shoulder To Overhead
Barbell Hang Power Clean

Then Right Into…

Burpees Over The Bar x R.A.T. (remaining amount of time)

SCORE = Total Burpees Completed

NO rack allowed for this one.

You gotta take the bar from the ground.

You’ll do 20 reps of Back Squats.

Then 20 reps of Shoulder to Overhead.

Then 20 reps of Hang Power Cleans.

Then 15 reps of each…

Then 10.

Then finish off with 5 each.

After you bust through the complex, you’ll then finish everything off with Burpees Over The Bar.

That’s your goal…

To get through the complex and crank out as many Burpees as possible.

No EASY task…

But why would we want easy?
