So a couple of weeks back I had a special “Nutrition Party” at my gym.

Instead of the ol typical “workshop” we’re people show up and listen to me jabber for an hour or two, I decided to turn it into a party where we’d grill out, have a few drinks and chat about nutrition.

It was an awesome time.

A LOT of info was dropped on NUTRITION and LIFESTYLE and how they both go together and how that’s the ONLY way you’ll ever truly be successful with your nutritional habits.
