The 10-1 Bodyweight + Kettlebell Ladder

By on July 6, 2017

Here’s a nasty little 10 to 1 descending ladder set up I did using 3 different movements.

> Double KB Deadlifts
> Double KB Power Cleans
> Strict Handstand Push Ups.

Start at 10 reps for each, then do 9, then 8, and keep on going until you get all the way down to 1 rep of each.

Your GOAL is to stay UNBROKEN on your HSPU’s and Power Cleans. Deadlifts shouldn’t be an issue 😉

This is a great little way to finish off a session or use as a go-to workout on it’s own.

Give it a run-through and let me know how it goes.
